Spatial Anomalies presents familiar forms in unfamiliar conditions. Each sculpture introduces a subtle inconsistency that resists immediate explanation, suggesting that something within the physical world has quietly shifted. The works are less concerned with illusion than with expectation, asking how our understanding of space is constructed and how easily that understanding can begin to slip.
The series draws from architecture, geology, and years spent constructing digital environments through architectural modeling software. Working between physical and virtual space revealed how easily objects could intersect, misalign, or occupy impossible positions simply by existing within a different coordinate system. These sculptures translate that logic into the physical world, where those same conditions become quietly unsettling.
